copy all folders to your .../My Documents/maya folder



LINUX:



copy all folders to your ~/maya folder





WINDOWS & LINUX:



Run maya, open the plug-in manager and load the plug-in.

You should now have a new main menu item "Ticket" under which you'll find the plug-ins' functions.
